GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster ONLINE
1. PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) govern the online sale of products offered to the public by Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster through the VIRTUAL STORE (hereinafter, the “Products”) and made available for sale through the technical means provided therein (hereinafter, the “Service”), and supplement, insofar as they do not conflict with them, the agreements set out in the corresponding electronic purchase order (hereinafter, the “Purchase Order”).
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The completion and submission of the Purchase Order implies full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions.
3. ORDERS
Purchase Orders shall only be submitted to Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster by electronic means via benitomovieposter.com, using the technical means provided therein, duly completed and, in particular, with all required fields filled in and all mandatory information provided. Once a Purchase Order has been received, benitomovieposter.com will immediately send a confirmation of the sales contract (hereinafter, the “Confirmation”) to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order. The shipping number will be sent to the buyer so that they can track their package at all times.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
4.1. Price
The price of the Products shall be paid exclusively, at the Customer’s choice, by any of the following methods: (a) PayPal (RECOMMENDED). The payment service is provided directly by PayPal. Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster disclaims any liability regarding the confidentiality and security of the information and data provided by the Customer during electronic payment transactions, insofar as such information is not exclusively under the control of Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster. (b) Bank transfer (ONLY FOR SALES IN SPAIN). In this case, the Customer must indicate the total purchase amount, the beneficiary (Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster), the reference “PURCHASE AT benitomovieposter.com” and the Purchase Order number. Once payment has been made, the Customer must send proof of payment indicating the Purchase Order reference number to tienda@benitomovieposter.com. (c) Any other electronic payment method made available by Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster on benitomovieposter.com. Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster RECOMMENDS PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL.
4.2. Costs and taxes
Handling, packaging and shipping costs for the purchased Products shall be paid by the Customer together with the price and using the same payment method.
5. PRODUCT DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery time
The delivery time for IN-STOCK products depends on the shipping method selected by the buyer.
5.2. Delivery areas
Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster delivers its products within Spain and to most countries worldwide.
6. LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY
Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster shall be released from its delivery obligations and shall not be liable in the following cases:
(a) Total or partial non-payment by the Customer accompanying the Purchase Order.
(b) Omission or inaccuracy of the information that the Customer must provide in the Purchase Order.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. Procedure and deadline
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within seven (7) days from the delivery date. The proof of delivery date shall be used to calculate this period. The Product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, together with the original invoice. The risk of loss or damage shall be borne by the Customer until delivery to Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster. No penalty shall apply.
7.2. Refund
Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster shall refund the amount paid by the Customer within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the returned Product, deducting direct return costs, which shall be borne by the Customer.
7.3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products that can be immediately reproduced or copied.
8. RETURNS
Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster accepts returns of defective Products, covering the associated costs, provided the Customer reports the issue within 7 days from delivery.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Customer authorizes automated processing of their Personal Data under the terms of the Data Protection Policy.
