11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer authorizes Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster to process, by automated means, the data provided by the Customer in the Purchase Order (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”). Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster will process the Personal Data by automated means for the purposes, uses and under the conditions defined in its Data Protection Policy. By accepting this contract, the Customer expressly gives their unequivocal consent to the transfer of such data to a server located in the United States of America or in any other location, and to other entities with a regulated relationship with Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster, solely for the purpose of enabling the provision, control and billing of the service. By completing and submitting the corresponding Purchase Order, the User accepts that their Personal Data will be subject to automated processing by Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster under the terms set out in the Personal Data Protection Policy of Benito Medela Internacional Movie Poster.
